By using PourAtlas, you agree to these terms. PourAtlas is an informational platform for whisky education, discovery, and community reviews. We provide a space for enthusiasts to share knowledge and experiences — we do not sell, distribute, or promote the consumption of alcohol.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your country or jurisdiction to create an account on PourAtlas. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. PourAtlas is an educational and review platform — having an account does not constitute an offer or encouragement to purchase or consume alcohol.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person — no shared or automated accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Content & Reviews

When you submit ratings, reviews, or comments on PourAtlas:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant PourAtlas a license to display it on the platform
• Content must be honest, original, and respectful
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, spam, misleading, or violates community guidelines
• Reviews must reflect genuine tasting experiences — fake reviews undermine the community and will result in account suspension

Community Guidelines

PourAtlas is built on mutual respect. You agree not to:

• Post hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Spam or post commercial solicitations
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol
• Use the platform for any illegal activity

Premium Membership

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

The PourAtlas name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Whisky brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use is purely informational and editorial — we have no commercial affiliation with any distillery unless explicitly stated.
