Bavarian Precision Meets Scottish Tradition

Florian Stetter founded Slyrs in 1999, inspired by Bavarian brewing traditions and Scottish whisky. The distillery uses local barley and Alpine spring water, aging in custom-made American white oak casks in the Bavarian foothills.
