When the legendary Karuizawa distillery closed, Gaiaflow rescued one of its copper pot stills and installed it in the new Shizuoka facility. Alongside modern stills, this heritage piece creates a unique multi-still approach.

Complex Japanese single malt from multiple still types. The wood-fired 'K' still (from Karuizawa) produces a richer spirit, while the steam-heated 'W' still creates a lighter style.
