La Alazana
Patagonian Whisky from the End of the World
Pablo Tognetti built his distillery in the Patagonian wilderness, using barley grown in Argentina's Pampas and water from Andean glaciers. The extreme Patagonian climate — cold, windy, and dry — creates slow, deliberate maturation.
