Forty Creek

Canada's Craft Whisky Pioneer

Hall purchased the small Kittling Ridge winery in Grimsby, Ontario and converted it to whisky production. His winemaker's approach — treating each grain as a separate varietal, aging them in different cask types, then blending for complexity — created a new paradigm for Canadian whisky.
