Fettercairn

Highland Distillery, Tropical Soul

Founded in 1825, Fettercairn was the second distillery in Scotland to receive a licence. The distinctive 'tropical' character comes from its unique still cooling system — water cascading over the outside of the copper pot stills during distillation, visible through glass panels.
