Chita

Suntory's Grain Whisky Cathedral

Built in 1972 to supply grain whisky for Suntory's expanding blended range, Chita operates column stills producing three distinct grain styles: clean, medium, and heavy. These are aged and blended to create Hibiki's silky foundation.
