Abasolo

Mexico's Ancestral Corn Whisky

Master distiller Ivan Saldana (formerly of Casa Dragones tequila) uses Mexican Cacahuazintle corn, roasted and nixtamalized before fermentation. The result is a whisky that tastes like nothing else — deeply roasted, sweetly complex, and unmistakably Mexican.
